Perfect spot for early morning breakfast! You can never go wrong with their bagels, always fresh from the oven. I religiously order their Everything bagel with onion & chive cream cheese every time I go there! And its always delicious without fail. The Clifton store has a very relaxed atmosphere with ample seating space so you can just sit there and relax for a long gossip session with friends.If you go regularly, you will see some familiar faces. Overall, I just love eating here and they serve great Cappuccinos!
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I ordered a turkey pesto on an everything bagel and it was very good. It was definitely unique compared to the other places I’ve had in Clifton
Fast and cheap – about what you would expect. The coffee is terrible, though, and don’t order a specialty drink – it comes out of a machine like at a gas station. Of course everything is carbs, and although I’d like to work here on my laptop the booths are somehow really uncomfortable.
Recommended combination – everything bagel dbl toasted with light herb garlic cream cheese. I know most folks regard a bagel with cream cheese as satisfying breakfast choice, but one that is kind of on the bland side. If you’re looking for more flavor – and I mean a lot more – I recommend you try the above combination. I concede that there may be a few places around town with a better bagel, but Brueggers bagels are fairly good, and I think this particular cream cheese is only available at Brueggers. Absolutely bursting with savory flavor, and of course that great contrast of crunchy toasted bagel with the creaminess of the cream cheese
Cenvenient location, good food. This is one of the few restaurants in Clifton with decent parking, which is always a factor for me. I’ve never been a huge fan of bagels, but when living in Clifton I usually went here at least once a month. Their breakfast sandwiches are actually really good, but I’ve been there for lunch a few times and I liked what I had then as well. Their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is a great deal better than you’ll pickup at a fast food place.
Owwww Hothothothot. Could these kinds of places possibly serve the coffee any hotter? Or if they insist, include mitts and an asbetos tongue protector with every order? I dropped a ginormous cup all over their floor once — even with the cardboard thingie it was too damn hot.That said, people are nice here, clean place, you can watch bagels being made if you’re bored in line. Not the best bagels I’ve ever had, but they sure are the closest.
