Loved it… New owners, they have a real asian menu also which we ordered five dishs from…everything was awsom except that I shoudnt have shoveled the first bite in as I almost burned my taste buds off..after slowing down an letting it cool few seconds I was delighted with everything..I never order Americanized Chinese food so cant comment on those dishs.service was great.very friendly young couple.nice little momnpop shop.also when u see asian people eating in an asian restaurant its a good sign they have great food..not one of the main chains like first wok or the likes..def found a new fave place.

Don’t let the prior reviews keep you away. This is great, simple, quick, local-friendly, family-friendly ameri-chinese food. Great for lunch (awesome combo deals) or for dinner or takeaway. They’ve been here more than two decades for a reason! Go in and give it a try (of course don’t expect PFChangs or anything fancy…but I am sure you’ll agree that it’sa beast kept secret worth writing GOOD reviews about!

Not-Gourmet Chinese. If you are a gourmet food snob this may not be the place for you. The wonton soup is obviously homemade but not fancy. They have some interesting traditional dishes on the menu (with no descriptions) including eggplant and green bean dishes.

Awful food, Awful service. .The food is below average and bland and the service is terrible. I ordered a combination dish and the waitress only gave me one of the items which was soup and I was supposed to get an egg roll which I never did, The soft drinks are served out of a cooler with a cup of ice…The waitress was unfriendly and seemed irritated that I was dining in instead of carrying out. The rice was cold and the dish was lousy. I was charged full price for the meal even though I was shorted by the egg roll…

Wow that was a huge waste of money…. I just went to China Kitchen for the first and the last time! The price of their small serving is nearer to what any other Chinese place charges for a large serving (ie 6.50 for a small sweet & sour chicken!) It’s a block from where I live so I figured the higher price was worth it if the food was really good – WRONG! Everything was bland at best and some things were inedible, like the cheese wontons (fried cream cheese with no seasoning). I’m not picky when it comes to Chinese but this place was gross!
