Garbage. Bland. Straight off the truck frozen in a cardboard box. Don’t say family owned… the word is NEPOTISM. Support better people, better food, and be a better person yourself – don’t eat here.

J gumbos clifton. Had the Drunken Chicken which was pretty spicy. It was decent but not much chicken and a lot of rice for a 10 dollar dinner. Of course I’ll go back to try other items on menu.

Really good food. Just what I’ve been looking for when I want a spicy treat.

Just what Clifton needs some variety. I have been meaning to try the downtown location but never could find the time. This placed opened a bit ago and finally went for lunch and was pretty pleased. This is in the old Virginia Bakery building next to Skyline. We definitely needed something other than another Indian place, and I like Indian but how many can there be within 100 yards of each other? Anyway the place has ample seating inside and a decent amount of parking in the lot next to it. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful for a newbie here. I went with the 2 in one bowl of Voodoo and Druken and really liked both but the Voodoo was really good. The bread they give you was a perfect addition to the bowl. It is a bit pricey since the bowl and a drink was 10 bucks which maybe the biggest reason I do not eat here a lot but I will definitely come back to try some of their other items.
