  I purchased a long pork rib dinner and a fish combo meal w/whiting fish and shrimp at the Warrensville location.Needless to say, when I arrived home, I had a beef rib dinner that was too greasy to eat and a chicken wing and fish dinner that everything tasted like fish and was extremely hard. The girl at the window, I noticed punched our order inwithout looking to see what she was doing and no personal attitude towards the customers.This is the second time I have been disappointed with my order at this location, and I will not be back. To pay $31.00 for an order and not get what you ordered isvery disappointing.I

  Lakeshore location has employees who don’t adhere to basic food handling principles (I.e. same gloves fix food and handle cash) Gross. Needless to say although I love B&M I wasn’t ready to get sick so left without ordering . I wasn’t the only one someone asked for their food to be remade with new gloves and the female employee for an attitude. Won’t be back to this location.

  Security public auditorium. I purchased a polish boy from your food truck in front of Cleveland City Hall today for lunch and was highly disappointed to find out after paying for and waiting on my food that there was no coleslaw for the polish boy I feel that I should have been told this before my purchase. This is the second time that I’ve been disappointed by your restaurant chain the 1st time was at your establishment on Noble Rd. where patrons were told that we were waiting for fries (normally in or at a restaurant that means that the fries are cooking and soon will be done) no a man literally comes through the door with frozen fries now that’s some b—s–t your reputation for great service sucks
