No Thank You. I’ve been here many times. Each time left me with the same impression: Meh.Food: It’s cooked properly and quickly, even when the place is packed (and that is quite often). The problem is, nothing, outside of the soup, seems original, or is outstanding. It’s either something prepackaged, frozen, and fried OR it’s something that is not executed properly. I’ll explain…- Wings: They’re small, and under sauced.- French Fries: Frozen and fried. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, but they’re usually under cooked. And the cheese sauce they put on top with bacon turns to rubber if it sits for more than a few minutes.- Fish Fry: GREAT. No Complaints.- Soups: These are hit or miss. The pub one can be tasty, but it comes out cold sometimes. Same with the chili.Buffalo Chicken Wrap – Flavors are good, but they skimp on the chicken big time.Atmosphere: One of the best places in the neighborhood as far as quality of patron. It’s always a mix of Cleveland police, business people, and sports fans. You won’t find any hip hop gold teeth criminals in here.Staff: Aloof, but well-intentioned. You will have to remind them, sometimes more than once, that you would like a refill…or that you need silverware. In their defense, this place is always busy, but still…Parking: It’s packed frequently. And the entrance to the lot is right at a major intersection where the light is always red. Unfortunately, it seems like every brainless texter and hip hopper in the city stops at this red light and BLOCKS the lot instead of stopping 10 feet back to allow patrons to turn in.Booze: Reasonably priced. Not too high, but not place you want to go to kick back and watch the game.

If you want a cold draft and some fried pub food, then you came to the right place, or at least one of the 300 places like it in Cleveland-keep expectations low and you’ll be fine

Not a bad neighborhood pub. Food was good, great atmosphere. Service was alright – more attention from a server that was not assigned to my table. Overall, my first visit was good.

This is a neighborhood staple & favorite. Great food, prices & atmosphere. My teen nephews think they have the best chicken wings around. The open face steak sandwich special on Wednesdays & the steak chop salad are my favorite.
