The worst customer service.got some green beans when I went back to tell them there was a problem with them I got yelled at by an employee.the food is usually good but not worth the hassle and embarrassment. They have lost a very good customer.
Enough hot food for two meals, served quickly and congenially, a visit to Big Easy is something we lookforward to for days. We have been regular customers for several years, and have never had a bad experience.The food is compacted into a carryout tray that expands to two meals’ worth of food when we get home. We’ll be heading there today, and no, we do not know any of the employees or have an affiliation with the store, owner or franchise.
