It’s a great place to grab a quick bite…whether dine-in or on-the-go. The best part is – it has got good options for vegetarian like me. The ingredients used are fresh and the staff is helpful. The ambiance is decent and it is located at one of the happening places of Columbus. The cleanliness in the restaurant could have been better though!!
Lunch time and no brown rice. I normally love Chipotle, but when they are out of a main ingredient and expect you to wait 15 minutes during your lunch time, which by the way, it’s 12:30….Sorry no, they should be prepared and not have customers waiting that long for their food. It wasn’t even that busy so what’s up guys?
Clean sweep. My daughter and I ate there today, and while seated in their dining area a worker began sweeping under tables and we could see the dust coming right towards our table. As she got closer to us, I asked her nicely to please stop sweeping while we were eating. She apologized and said okay. Then simply returned two minutes later and started sweeping again! I will never go back. I understand they have duties to complete before the end of their shift and keeping a clean eating area is important. However using a broom and dust pan is not the answer, as it stirs up dust, decaying food, and cleaning chemicals. Perhaps a mechanical push broom, one that captures the dust and debris into a container that is emptied into the trash would be better. Just s thought
I’ve cold meat…. Poor customer service!. Got takeout food brought it home only to realize the meet was literally ice cold had never been heated…they wanted us to run it all the way back during rush hour traffic to not even apologize just take the tacos off… Poor poor customer service why would you choose this one there so many options in the area
Who deosn’t love chipotle?. Great food, great ingredients, nice and fast, large portions. the price is good, but they have gone up consistently over the past several years. the price they charge for guacamole is ridiculous, but I still have to get it sometimes.
