We were very happy with everything we ordered! Service was exceptional . Value was good had a very nice atmosphere. You have to order the cheese cake.
Both have super cheesecakes and very good servive–but the company is in the lovely Grandview area west of Ohio State University and the Factory is in Easton, northeast Columbus.
Great idea, bad value — can get just as good or better cheesecake for a more reasonable price; the ambience is nothing special, and usually there are long lines to wait for average products and average service
The menu is just so huge it is hard to make a decision. I haven’t found anything that I haven’t liked there. The only concern is it can be fairly pricey. W can not go very often and use it as a treat.
