Normally Condado is very good, I usually go there once a week since I work downtown. However, this trip I feel ripped off. The $5 protein of the month taco is Korean pork belly, who doesn’t like that?? When I got back to work and dug into my taco there was literally no pork belly on the taco whatsoever. I feel ripped off and will go somewhere else next time.
It was extremely busy when I visited this new location which caused the service to be a bit slow. I ordered something simple which was the pulled pork with chihuahua cheese and spicy salsa wrapped in a soft taco shell. The wait for my meal was fairly long so in the meantime I ordered nachos with queso dip to hold me over. Once I finally received my meal I was not as blown away as I has expected to be. Honestly, the queso dip was the best part of my dining experience because it was the only thing that arrived hot and the tacos were not warmed up as I requested it to be while placing my order. I dislike cold meat and my pulled pork was chewy instead of tender like I prefer. This is my second time visiting this location and I dont plan on returning during a busy dinner hour but rather on a early afternoon and I probably will have a better experience. Ive decided to rate my experience a 3 simply because I enjoyed the music and queso dip.

I do like the fact that you can customize your own style. Chips are good, guac and queso are good, salsa is fine. Nothing about this place has hooked me to go back there…..for me the only redeeming quality of this place is that it has been the closest to my proximity on 3 separate occasions.
