Locally sourced food, along with a wonderful selection of eclectic wines. Beer selection is plentiful as well. We tried everything from appetizers, soups and main entrees, all delicious and thoughtfully presented. We have visited Copious 3 times and I’ve been recommending it to my friends.
This new brewery district restaurant doubles as an art-centered restaurant with a downstairs live music venue/lounge. The restaurant itself is sleek with wood tables and white walls, where all the art is for sale by local artists. The menu is large with apps, soups/salads, and entrees to fit any palate, ranging from mac and cheese to Kobe beef Bolognese. Worth a try!
