I ordered through the grub hub app. My order came 15-20 mins early which was awesome! I got the blt sub and it was perfect! I didnt expect the cheese or the bread to be toasted and it was a pleasant surprise. The delivery driver was nice and commical. I’d definitely order again.
I enjoy their pizza, but our order was an hour late!! No apology, no customer recovery, nothing! It was already a 1.5 to 2 hour wait, so a total of 3 hours!!! I understand places get busy and possibly understaffed, especially with the cold. Just communicate the correct wait time or apologize and recover the customer. Extremely underwhelmed with customer service.
Great pizza.. It was my first time ordering from Cottage Inn Pizza, I ordered the Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza with Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust and two 20 oz. bottles Diet Pepsi. I ordered online, it was supposed to be at my home at 3:50 p.m. and it came around 4:30 p.m. The delivery driver apologized for the error of the store. The pizza was delicious and pop was still cold. I will give them another chance for great pizza. Thank you so much.
