Dissappointed. Hi, My husband and I were on our way home from WV when we stopped at Frish’s in Columbus to have some dinner. The service was good however, I ordered a grilled chicken dinner that came with 2 sides, so I had a baked potato and some green beans. I was going to order the salad bar for an additional $3.35 but was in formed that if I did that I would only get one side! So let me understand this correctly, I pay for a chiken dinner w/2 sides and if I order the salad bar for an additional $3.35, then you take one of my sides away that were already included in my meal? Whoever came up with this should be fired! I will never eat at Frish’s Big Boy again in my life. That makes no sense at all!!! Good luck with sales!
