This place is simply the best pizza place in Columbus. Started the meal with an appetizer of bruschetta. The toast was nice and thick, and perfectly toasted/grilled. Fresh mozzarella and a mountain of fresh tomatoes and topped with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette finished it off. Delicious. Next we ordered a small cheese and a medium onion, sausage and green pepper pizza. Like I said, best pizza in cbus. The pizzas fed 4 people and also brought 3 slices home. Will be going back for sure. Pro tip: to avoid long lines, go Sunday mornings at 11. Zero wait!
Not ready for opening three months in. Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a pizza that was SUPPOSED TO BE ready at 6:45, waited in a long line for pickup (the pickup area was not marked at all). Was told that they dropped one of the pizzas I was picking up, wasn’t given an apology was simply told it would be another 30 minutes. I was offered a water by the other pick up lady who was much kinder….but seriously a WATER. So I wait and wait and finally the same snobby man who failed to apologize early gave me my pizzas AGAIN without an apology. I completely understand that mistakes happen, however a discount would have been appreciated or EVEN a simple apology. Not sure if I was treated with this disrespect because I am a younger customer or what it was but I sincerely hope they clean up their act!
