Wood fired pizza in a laid back atmosphere.We got two pretty tasty pies on this visit. The porkistopheles with pepperoni, sausage and bacon was a cure for carnivorous cravings. The other pizza was a custom job inspired by their menu board of creative seasonal choices. We picked caramelized onions and castelvetrano (not Castlevania) olives. A solid choice to satiate the call for wood fired pizza. Solid, but not my first choice. That still goes to bono pizza.
This place feels like home. With a small, intimate dining room and open kitchen, you are front row for the creation of your pizza from start to finish. Goremade pays special attention to sourcing as many fresh, local ingredients as possible – the peppadews are a must! If you are adventurous, you can leave your order up to the pizza gods and let the chef choose whatever he wants. Definitely add it to your list!
