  New Ownership with Untrained Staff. Jimmy’s walked advertisements to neighboring businesses as a new neighbor in the North Campus area.First warning sign. The store is open until 9 p.m. on Monday nights. I phoned the store at 8 p.m. to order the Monday Night Special 2 for 1 any large pizza and the phone was forwarded to the Oakland Park location.Second Warning Sign: I walked across the street to pick it up and pay for it and they were just receiving the order from the other store. They were not equipped to accept cash, they don’t accept American Express, so I provided them a Mastercard, alternatively they would use the till at the adjoining bar. The workers did not know how to use the registers or to account for the special (it wasn’t even a coupon). So I thought fine, gave them my MasterCard and was prepared to come back over in 30 minutes to pick up the two pizzas.Fifteen minutes later, one of the workers comes across the street and says the owner won’t honor the offer and if I want the pizzas it would be $37.98. I showed him the advertisement and he said they don’t care they cancelled the offer.Absentee owners with untrained staff, no till. Don’t waste your time!
