What a treat to find this bakery. I am slowly working my way across the delectable offerings to sample everything, although it’s hard not to try everything when you see them displayed. The pistachio honey cake- so elegant and pure tasting. The madeleines are simple and spot on. The carrot cake is dense and delicious. The bread, great. Oh, but those molasses ginger cookies with the orange cream filling….now those are transcendent. Mmmmmmm. Keep it coming.
