I believe I got the Kimichi special today with miso broth, pulled pork, spicy stewed cabbage, poached egg, etc. It was delicious! The owner had his food truck outside their new location in grandview called ‘Ramen House’ that will be opening soon. He was very friendly and thorough as he explained everything to us ramen newbies. I have never had such amazing ramen, even during my trip to Japan 10 years ago. We will definitely be back to try their bao sliders!! Yummm!!
