A meatball theme restaurant? Yes Please! This place was excellent! The dining room is pretty cool, and parking was pretty convenient considering the location in the heart of Grandview. My wife and I each got the 2 meatball portion….which was plenty. You can customize the type of meatball, sauce, and sides. I really liked the concept, the food was really good, and the service was also very good. The polenta fries are excellent and so is the fettuccine alfredo. I would give this a higher rating, but lets be real…..these are just meatballs! Darn good meatballs though!
This was our first visit. Went on a Saturday night. This is a small restaurant with a full bar. The place was packed. Standing room only around the bar. The food was excellent. Had the Polenta Fries to start with. Wonderful, highly recommend. Next had the Big Baller. Their version of a meatball sub. Comes with choice of Italian Wedding Soup or salad. The soup was very good too. The sandwich/meatballs were excellent. Sandwich was also very big. We both ended up taking half of our sandwiches home. Finished off the meal with the Ricotta doughnuts with Nutella sauce. The doughnuts were very light and with a hint of lemon. These were excellent as well. Would have given a 5 if they’re hadn’t been people standing by all the tables and bar. They really need to limit how many people can come in. I know they have a bar but this is primarily a restaurant. People are trying to eat. And those eating don’t want someone’s butt in their face and being bumped constantly. The space between tables is limited. So they really should not allow unlimited people in to the bar. If there is no where to sit, then guests will need to wait elsewhere.
