I would avoid dine in at Persis restaurant. No customer service!!!. The vegetarian Punjabi dishes we ordered didn’t taste like Punjabi at all. The quality of veg biryani was not good as before.
Please avoid Persis Karaikkudi grill under the new management. We had been there for lunch buffet today and it was THE worst experience I have ever had at an indian restaurant thus far, hands down. This is also the first time I have had palak paneer that had been spoilt – yes it was not a samosa filling or a coconut chutney. Okra 65 was wet with oil, rather than being crispy. Unfortunately, they did not have anything other than the buffet either. Overall, it was a forgettable outing for us.
