Great service horrible food. Our waitress was great we ordered 20 wings first time the came out they were flavored wrong simple mistake. Round number two our wings weren’t cooked all the way ate less than half our order the manager took 5.00 off our bill for over an 18.00 order of wings. Love roosters but we won’t be back to this location. Manager a Ted like he did me a favor by taking 5.00 dollars off my order…..
Good Food – Poor Service. The food is great but it’s very poor service if you’re a walk-in to place a to-go order. It took at least 5 minutes until someone took my order and then I waited 25 minutes after she said it would be 15-20 minutes when a server just happened to ask me if I was waiting on an order and it turned out the order had just been sitting up front for god knows how long. I got to enjoy a cold lunch for items that should have been hot. I’m very disappointed with this location. It wasn’t even packed. Grove City has way better service even though they are super crowded most of the time.
