I struggled with my rating because it was definitely a mixed experience. First time trying out the dine-in movie deal, and it won’t be the last, because:PROS: I’m at least a little acquainted with the area so finding parking and then the theater itself was pretty easy. Good signage. Once inside, we used the kiosk to purchase our tickets and choose our seats which was almost too easy. Seats were comfortable, movie quality was great, and our server was friendly and outgoing. We went in looking for a fun, new experience, and that’s what we got.CONS: I ordered a beer ($7.50 for a tall Coors Light. Ouch!), wife ordered the cocktail special. My beer was warm and she was fairly certain there was no alcohol in her drink. The food was mostly pretty awful. The server compared the food to Applebees so our expectations were not high. After eating our dinner, we decided that Applebees would not be pleased with the comparison. We started with pretzel bites and opted to pay extra to get both kinds of dipping sauce. Neither were especially flavorful. Wife ordered a burger and requested the black bean burger, which the server said was good. I ordered a burger and did NOT request the black bean burger, so when I bit into my sandwich expecting juicy meat, I got a surprise. (And no, the black bean burger was actually not very good.)I don’t mind a non-meat burger, but what I do mind is when a burger of any sort comes with absolutely zero condiments and very few toppings. Wife said the same of hers. Since we weren’t asked what we would like on our two different burgers, we assumed they would either come with condiments on them or that condiments would be brought for us to add ourselves. Nope. The one saving grace – The fries were tasty. More than a couple of tablespoons of ketchup would’ve been nice, but we had some of the flavorless dipping sauce from the pretzel bites leftover so we used those. The other problem we ran into was that the little table thingies are not large. If your starter comes out with your entrees, as ours did, then finding a place for things will be a challenge.CONCLUSION: Overall, it was fun and beat going to Easton. There’s a lot of room for improvement. Next time, we’ll just stick with maybe just fries and beers.

Crooks….. SWITCH and BAIT game!!!. I bought a groupon for this place and unfortunately let it expire. The terms when I purchased were it was good for 1 ticket or expired good for the 5.00 I paid on any sale at the facility. Apparently….in January they decided to change the rules 10 months after I purchased it that it was only good on movies before 5. I showed the manager on my phone in writing that it didn’t say anything about before 5. I also explained he had my money for 10 months and I wasn’t asking for anything extra…just to use the 5.00 I paid on for the groupon. No different than buying a gift card to Olive Garden. Olive Garden doesn’t tell you 10 months after you purchase the gift card it is only good before 5 pm. I drove 40 minutes to get to this theatre to use my 5.00 groupon to be denied. This is the worst customer service. This is basically a switch and bait routine they pulled. To many places to give my business to that treat their customers as they should be treated.Also…. Now that they have food…. try to enjoy the movie! I had wait staff walk in front of me 38 times blocking the movie when I stopped keeping track. They don’t try to go up the side isles or stoop down, or even hurry past. Just take your good old time to block the screen as I’m watching the movie. No plus side to going to this establishment.Below is a copy of the rules on my groupon. No where does it say I can only use it before 5pm. Clearly states they must give me the value paid in goods or services. It is Bold Black because this was a traditional groupon.Go Elsewhere!!!!! Beware!!!! Don’t buy the Groupons for this Place!!!!!

What’s the point of going to a movie theater that serves food if you never get your order?. To start we arrived at the theater and were directed to the wrong showing. No big deal, someone pointed us in the right direction. We found our seats got settled turned on our light and waited for our server. About 10-15 minutes passed and she showed up. We gave her our drink order and food order. I had a water my husband had a mixed drink from the bar. The movie starts and the long wait begins. His mixed drink comes 30 minutes later and what do you know, it’s not right. My water is no where in site. I know it’s hard to get water. Finally, I get my water, but still no food. The people in front of us came in later, ordered later and received their food, which was cold, sent it back and got a new order and still my husband and I had nothing! Did I mention we never saw our server again? Finally, about midway through the movie my husband gets his drink and again it was wrong. So the movie is coming to an end and some other server starts to give us a check for the food we never received! I told him we didn’t get our food and he just shook his head. I get it, it’s busy but isn’t your business based on serving food while watching a movie? You would think they would have this mastered. We have been there before and even then the food was only mediocre. After this experience we won’t be back.

DO NOT COME HERE. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. We get here at 7:10pm for our 7:30pm movie. They lead us into the wrong theater while a movie is already playing. Then they out is in the balcony, where they make it a point that we are not allowed to really sit. After 20ish min of waiting for someone to take our order they arrive around 7:35pm. We order their 2 for $25 meal. After 2 hours and 15 mins of waiting for our food they come to tell us that the kitchen is out of everything but they would be able to bring us a pizza. Please note, after 5min of this conversation the lady brings us a pizza. Mind you, everyone else in the theater has been eating their food. As I start to express my displeasure to the waitress she proceeds to throw her hand up in my face and walk away. My movie isn’t even over and I’m writing this review. I will never come back here and I will make sure I do everything I can to ensure anyone I come across know how terrible this place is.

Just like the average review. This is a hit or miss kind of place. I ordered the coconut chicken strips which were very good. When you buy tickets you get to pick the seat which is good or bad. Good of you’re early but bad if you are planning to sneak into another movie. Servers or system is kind of new because the server brought us a couple of times dishes that we didn’t ordered and was trying to give our dishes and drinks to other patrons he he. I didn’t like that they do not turn off the lights all the way. I guess they want people to see what they are eating. In another movie/restaurant place they have little lights in the table. Overall. Food. Good. Service. Ok. Movie. Ok to bad. Of you are going for the movie better pick a different place
