Top Notch Diner is, well TOP NOTCH. Great place. Food, service, cooks, and waitressing staff all great. Premium location in Cortland, my wife and i go here all the time as we are leaving to go to the mall. I would recommend going on Monday Nights – Burger Night. Awesome. Keep it up guys!
