Bad business. Saturday afternoon around one I ordered a chicken salad and wings for delivery to be delivered to my office. The told me about an hour to deliver. I placed the order at 1:09pm and by 2:25 by food was still not here and I did not get a call or anything about the status of my oder. I called at 2:25 to check on my order and the lady told me she was just now finishing up my food and it was going to be sent out soon. That means at least another 20 minutes. So thats almost 2 hours for a salad and wings?? They have my number on file and could have at least given me a call to tell me it was going to take that long. The women did not apologize or anything, she told me she did a really good job making everything and it would be here soon. I told her I did not want it anymore. My lunch is only allowed to be taken between 1pm and 230pm so by the time it came I would have not been able to pick it up or eat it. It would have been nice to know it would take longer. When I called back to talk to the manager about taking the charge off my card he basically told me too bad and their busy and if I don’t want the food then oh well and he will take off the charge. He could have at least offered to bring the food or give it to me half price or something. We order from there all the time in my office and they have never taken that long. We will not be ordering from there again. There area million places in the are to order from so it sucks to lose regular business with so much competition. Now I’m hungry and have to skip my lunch and your business lost a group of customers. Lose-lose.
Consistently Terrible!. I live near Guy’s and everytime I go there I say that I will never return. Tonight I ordered the Cheezy Bread and a Deep Dish PIzza to share wtih a few people. I picked up the two items because delivery takes forever even though I live a few blocks away. Both items were clearly undercooked. The people working there looked stoned which you would have to be to not notice how undercooked the items were. I was pissed at myself for not opening the boxes before I left. When I got home I had to cook both items in my oven to make them even safe to eat. If I wanted to cook my own dinner I would have stayed home.
The food inexplicably tastes like ice tea, the slices are no longer a bargain, and the staff are all weird stoners.
