Love this place! I just starting order the egg drop soup and summer rolls delicious. I have also had the pho chicken AMAZING! The workers and owners are so nice , I have also ate at the restaurant with my mother we will for sure make this our number one spot for authentic yummy Chinese and vitenese food right around the corner from my house .
Best chinese in town. I love Mandarin House! I recently started ordering take-out from this restaurant, and have been loving it! I like to go in and order from their dinner menu, which has more options and better meal descriptions. Also, the restaurant is really beautiful inside. Make sure to ask questions about the meals.. they do some things differently than other Chinese places. The general tso’s chicken is not spicy at all- it is rather sweet. I was given the option to add spice to any meal, telling them how hot I wanted it to be, using a 1-10 scale. The fried rice and crab rangoons were wonderful. I appreciated that the fried rice was not yellow and flavorless, and did not contain any frozen veggies. After dining in, the waitress told me that most of their vegetables are fresh, and I could really tell the difference. I would highly recommend this restaurant! I’m looking forward to eating through the menu!
A step above when it comes to take out
This place has no kids menu, juice, or milk. They also have steak on the menu but they no longer carry steak. The food was average but I don’t think any parent wants to pay $9.00 for their kids to have a plate of food that they can’t eat all of.
Good prices great food and a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
Good food, OK service. We have eaten here a number of times, and the food has always been very good. Hostesses and servers are sometimes very good, but many times seem indifferent. The decor is lovely, but the hospitality is lacking.
