This deli is out of business, There is a new restaurant called at this location called the 416 diner. They will specialize in full breakfasts and comfort food!!! Grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled Chicken sandwich , Bacon and Eggs breakfasts…My kind of food!!
This is our usual Sunday lunch spot, and my entire family loves it. Every sandwich I’ve gotten is delicious, but we each have our favorites. Try the summer jam!
This is an excellent fast lunch or dinner option. It has gourmet sandwiches and a small convenience store in a fun and unassuming environment. I recommend the South Paw. I wish it had later hours, though.
The office is happy!. We got the PIG KAHUNA, TOMMY GUN, CHAMP AND HIGH5! No one was complaining! We ordered ahead and it was hot and ready which is great on a tight lunch hour. I pulled the menu from their website and it will be in the office keeper folder! GREAT SANDWICHES!
Never Disappoints!!!. I have never been disappointed by any item on the menu! If you ordering on your lunch break, I recommend calling in your order. Each sandwich is made to order, and worth the wait! I have been during lunch and on weekends and it’s great every time. I live and work near this deli and its great to support a local business!
Great spot! would be even better if they had a liquor license and beautified their patio a bit. sandwiches were very tasty. will def be going back.
Not what I expected. Husband and I decided to have dinner in Oregon district on First Friday. A deli sandwich and beer sounded good so we tried 5th Street Wine and Deli. We were deeply disappointed. My husband’s Ruben was overcooked and dry. The bread was burnt. My Falafel was dry, dry, dry. The music was loud and unpleasant and the two guys behind the counter were more interested in their own stuff than in serving us. Had they been at all pleasant, we were prepared to spend some money on a couple of beers and more but the service was so poor, we decided not to bother. I won’t be going back.
