I have visited Blind Bob’s several times and have never been disappointed by the food or the service. If you’re looking for a casual meal, this is a great place to sit at the bar and grab a beer and a burger. The staff have always been friendly and attentive. I’ve sometimes found the live music that starts later in the evening to be a little heavy for my taste, but that’s not a big deal – it’s great that they support local artists.
My wife and I tried this place out last Sunday. There were customers at the bar mostly but at about half of the tables too. We were served promptly and the guy kept checking on us all evening. The food is really good. My wife got buffalo wings and thought they were the best wings she ever had. I got a burger and it was really good and cooked correctly. What really struck me was how touchy-feely all the younger crowd at the bar was. All these people coming and going and hugging each other repeatedly. It seemed like a hippy crowd from 1960’s was still hanging out here. Lots of lumberjack beards. This is probably the most mellow crowd in town. The wait time for the food matched the relaxed attitudes of the majority of customers. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. It is a place to go chill out and have some excellent food in a village atmosphere.
