Not sure. I stumbled on to China Dragon in Dayton because I was driving close by. It’s immediate disadvantage is that it is not in a particularly salubrious part of the town. When I went in, there were no customers and the chairs were stacked on the tables–it was only 6pm. I ordered a Sesame Chicken and was not particularly impressed by it. It was more or less a sweetish congealed mass of chicken. Oh yes, it was plentiful but really not very appetizing fare at all. I will have one more meal there and will reserve final judgment till then.
