It’s very clean and cozy inside, and the food is even presented in a visually appealing manner. The wait staff are very personable and never too far away. I don’t think the price is more than other (less than desirable) Asian restaurants close by. If it is more expensive, it’s only by a dollar or so. I’ve only been once so far, but everything I ate tasted great. This place is a little gem.
The sushi is better than the Chinese food. Fast service. Reasonable Prices. The fried rice and general tao’s chicken was pretty tasteless.
Love, Love, Love CJ Chan. My husband and I go to CJ Chan about once every two weeks. The menu selection is fantastic! Their prices are very reasonable especially for the quality and quantity of food. My favorite item right now is the Chicken habichi, which comes with a miso and a salad. I always have enough to take home for lunch the next day. Their sushi is pretty good too! If I go there for lunch I usually get the Lo mein. The service is very good and it has a fun atmosphere. One of Dayton’s best Asian restaurants.
Wow! First time there, fast friendly service, fresh silky tofu, awesome sushi and bento box! We had 2 appetizer, plus soup, salad and 2 entrees for $28! We’ll be back!
First Time. Desperately looking for where Mr. Yu from Saya has disappeared to. However, I did find the value ($8.95 for Sashimi Lunch Special) a good one. It has 8 pcs of sashimi (Salmon, Tuna, White Tuna and Red Snapper), 4 pcs of Cali Roll, Rice, Miso Soup and Salad. They forgot our soup but made an order to go. The sashimi could have been colder which would have promoted a better flavor, but they were good cuts of fish nonetheless. My buddy ordered a spicy tuna hand roll and it came filled with spicy tuna however the seaweed was already rubbery by the time our server delivered it to our table. Those things have to come out as soon as they are ready to get that nice crisp seaweed paper texture.MR. YU, WHERE ARE YOU??? The quest continues!!!
Best in Dayton! The food is wonderful, the value is amazing!!!!!! Stop going to your currant restaurant.
Above Average. Dayton does not have an excellent Chinese restaurant. It compares to China House. Better than average and reasonably priced. Hot and Spicy soup is good. Recommend.
