Not bad but nothing special.. I really don’t have much to add that the other reviews haven’t said. Standard bar food. I will say they had at least two craft beers on tap which was a nice surprise. I had a dog fish 90 min and my friend had a Breckenridge Porter. Service was good but we weren’t in any hurry.
April 2017 – bad food and questionable sanitary practices. Room temperature, spoiled cole slaw, and bad tasting fish and chips with everything fried too dark but still soft. Called the health department. -The food tastes like the R. Crumb style logo would have you think it does.. Greasy Bar Food – it’s OK. When you go to a sports bar, you want greasy bar food. Battered, fried, or grilled stuff, heavy on the carbs and starches, and slathered in catsup or ranch dressing. This is the place for that kind of food, period. This place fills the bill. Service and food aren’t exceptional but neither are terrible, either. It’s a sports bar and it’s more comfortable and homey than most O’Charleybee’s clones. Plus you get the awesome R. Crumb – style depraved anthropomorphic cheeseburger and beer artwork for the restaurant’s logo. I love those guys!If that is the type of experience you want – battered and fried and grilled everything – Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers delivers.Ok, just to dial down the snark: the food here is very decent bar food. The servers the last few times have been very nice. And the place is fairly dead, not because of the food or anything but because it’s Belmont, so service will be fairly quick. I recommend it.
Don’t Go Here on Football Days. They advertised outside they had the NFL ticket…went inside they only had basic cable. Food is run of the mill pub food…not bad not good.
The name pretty much says it all. Good, but nothing to write home about. The prices are good compared to the portion sizes, and the staff is always friendly.
