Great for $1 mug of coffee. Not bad. some friends felt like they were being judged for whatever reason by the staff but I never felt that way or perhaps I’m good at being oblivious..

Leah. I believe there are better coffee shops in Dayton. The atmosphere is not welcoming and I did not find the staff to be overly friendly. The coffee=good, but that does not make it a ‘good’ coffee shop. Could work on making their staff seem happy to work there….

Best coffee in Dayton, but not a fan of the overtly Satanic art work. Very bizarre.

Double-edged sword. The coffee at Press is delicious. The plain coffee is amazing, the lattes are outstanding (Try the cali…calle…err…callie? It is a vindaloo lattee. Superb!), the random inventions are good (My favorite is the Bee’s Knees…who knew honey and coffee go well together?) Even the coffee I make at home from their beans is mind-blowing. The only problem with Press is that Press made me realize that all the other coffee I drink is burnt. Sad.

Simply the best. Best coffee in Dayton – hands down. No exceptions.

You don’t need Starbucks….. When you’ve got an excellent local coffee spot like Press! This place is amazing, I’ve tried just a few different drinks here and have yet to come across something I’ve disliked. The owners and employees are awesome, full of suggestions, but really laid back and relaxed like they know you should really take some time to stop and enjoy their coffee. The ambiance allows just that, a place to enjoy your delicious coffee before facing the rest of your day or night! I promise, once you try it, you’ll crave it no matter the time. Oh, just a tip…. Make sure if you gotta take a call you step out, you wouldn’t want to ruin anybody’s experience just as you wouldn’t want your own ruined. I hate when I’m enjoying my delicious caffeinated beverage and I have to hear the guy next to me talking about the world outside of Press, I don’t think I’m allowed to put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door since I came here to run away from it all if even just for a few brief moments, but if I was it would be for you, Mr./Ms. Buzz-Kill!

Authentic coffee house in Dayton. Press is the real deal. Great fresh roasted coffee beans (Intelligentsia), skilled baristas, good conversation. All at reasonable prices. If you haven’t been yet, GO!
