Worst Service EVER…staff are wretched, awful people. Rude, ridiculously slow service. People that got there after us were waited on first. Staff was verbally abusive and rude. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After waiting 20-25 min just to order and waiting another half hour for our food we were told we had to pay for Ketchup! The people who work here are disgruntled and should be in anger management classes somewhere…not working with the public. Have never seen such a blatant disregard for common courtesy in my life. Rude….horrible and rude!
