BEWARE!! Bartender essentially stole money from me by writing in a few extra dollars on the credit card tip. I call in to make the Tavern aware of the situation and lucky me I get the person responsible Kelli on the phone. Kelli (manager) wants to make up for it and tries getting my credit card info over the phone… to cancel the purchase. Like I’m going to provide the person who stole my credit card number. Then she say’s shell give me a cash refund, I go there and she only offers the money she stole from me back. The GM gets involved, he doesn’t offer a full refund. TERRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Any other establishment would clearly offer a full refund at the very least for an employee trying to get a few extra bucks by entering the wrong tip
The best pizza in Dayton! The beer selection is incredible. The bartender Amber is amazing. We loved this place can’t wait to go back.
Great pizza, beer. SPT is known for its exotic pizzas and craft beer – but they’ve also got great subs and wings. Some of my favorite wing sauces aren’t on the menu, but you can ask for them. To the reviewers with issues about the neighborhood – it won a national neighborhood of the year award in 2008 and is home to a lot of UD, WSU
Great Beer Selection So So Pizza. The beer selection is excellent and have many good craft brews on tap. The pizza is not bad, but you can find better.
Great Dayton Bar. So a beer snob friend of mine told me about this place and I wish I’d heard about it sooner. Rotating taps with lots of interesting craft beers. You never have to order the same thing twice! If you’re not sure what you want, step up to the bar and have a few sample shots (or just ask the bartenders). The food here is also good from appetizers to mains. Never would have thought to make a reuben pizza but it was really tasty!
Best beer selection in one place that I’ve ever seen. They don’t even carry domestics (miller, bud, etc) which is a plus in my book! Service is always good and they have really interesting bands. Best place I’ve been in Dayton so far!
