A must try! I am a Realtor and foodie in the Dayton area and I love to try out local cuisine. This is one of the best food trucks I have ever tried and now with the brick and mortar store coming! If you live in Dayton or the surrounding area you must try it. Some of the hot dogs sound a little strange at first but I have never had one I didn’t like!

I love the concept of gourmet toppings for hot dogs. They sound amazing when you read the ingredient list off the menu. On execution I feel like something is amiss. I can never get a good bite of the toppings with the hot dog and the bun. The bun is just a too big for me. I think the hot dogs are a bit on the salty side as well. If I could get a bite of the bread, toppings, and hot dog at the same time I feel like the saltiness of the hot dog wouldnt be an issue. It’s still one of the best dishes I’ve ever had featuring a hot dog. I would definitely recommend it to people that like hot dogs. It’s just not exactly my bag.
Just awesome. Hit up the truck at Fifth Street Brewpub last night and was really impressed. Hot dogs and beer are a great combo anyway but Zombie Dogz takes it to the next level. I had the Smells Like Zombie Spirit and it was super tasty. I had a bite of my friend’s Grambee Zombee and it was excellent as well. I’ll be following you guys around Dayton.
A Tasty Dog!. Tried Zombie Dogz for the first time last weekend and really enjoyed the experience. I’m not a frequenter of food trucks, but I figured the long line to get a hotdog was a good sign and part of the mobile experience. The all-beef hotdogs are a good size and loaded with quality toppings. I went with a group of friends and we (including kids that had plain dogs) all enjoyed the creations we got. They have a big menu online, but only offer 5-6 different hotdogs onsite depending on the day, They also have bagged chips and drinks for sale as well as house-made peanuts. SInce we were in a parking lot, there wasn’t a place to sit (to be expected), so everyone stood on the black top and gobbled up the hotdogs. The only minus for me was that the buns weren’t very good, just really plain compared to the dog and topping. I think a better quality bun would make these perfect.If Zombie Dogz is in my area, I will definitely be stopping back by and bringing a friend!
