We ordered a steak for our children to share. It came out well well done vs med rare. They took it back while it went back I cut up the small baked potato for the two of them. The next steak came out over cooked still they attempted to eat it and it was like rubber. They couldn’t get the steak right so ordered them a fish meal and sent the steak back they left the potato on the table along w the dinner roll (apparently just so they can charge us the $13.99). The rest of us were done eating when the fish meal came out. They had to eat so quickly. The check came out and both meals were charged. They gave us a $6 credit. REALLY!! The owner couldn’t even come out to the table never apologized for the over cooked food. I went in to talk to her she never apologized and told me the potato and the roll was charged she didn’t make anything off of us. The roll and a side should have came w the fish meal and want brought out Why ? Because we had it already and I was fine w that. But an $80 bill and you didn’t make anything really ? Having worked in a restaurant I could not Imagine telling someone their standards are to high. I even offered to show her cook how to make a steak. Had I been paying I would have gotten change and only paid for what we got.
