Was it underdone jerky or burnt BBQ?. After we gave our order,the creepy, stinky kid told us that they were out of ribs. How could they be out of ribs? It was 5:00 pm, dinnertime! He said they could only give us one order. We took the one order and switch the other order to something else. Once we got home ( The meal was to go) and opened the package the ribs were burnt and dry. I ate one and tossed the rest in the garbage. They were simply too dry and too burnt to eat. Twenty-five dollars in the trash.I will never go back. Avoid this dump.
Food good.. Service HORRIBLE!. We’ve been to Dickeys a few times now and have been disappointed every time. The place is dirty with sauce everywhere, old dried food on the counters and tables. The staff are rude and dirty looking. The first time we went there we tried the drive thru but waited over 5mins without anyone helping us. The second time they were out of sweet BBQ sauce and I asked if they had more and was told ‘I guess I’ll have to make some’. I’m sorry I’m a paying customer. Today our third time there I ordered/paid online bc it was noon on a weekday and knew they’d be busy. We ordered the family pack and waited over the recommended time for pickup. When we picked it up we were told they never got our order and was asked if we wanted a refund or our food. When we asked for our food one of the girls behind the counter asked rudely ‘a family pack? Really?!’. Then come to find out they were out of brisket and okra! I couldn’t believe it! It was non on Monday! They were all rude and we will not be going back to that location. If they continue this way they will be closed within a year.
