Horrible customer service!! I ordered the Avocado Salad, really just to try the Japanese dressing that came with it and because I love avocados. When I went to pick up my order, I was informed that they did not have the dressing that came with the salad I ordered. It would have been nice for them to tell me that on the phone when I ordered. I got another dressing and went back to work. When I got back to work and opened the salad, there was no avocado on my AVOCADO SALAD! Seriously?!? I called back and they said they would refund my money or I could come back for the avocado. Since I was at work, I could not leave again so I asked them to refund my money. 2 weeks later, I still do not have my money back despite calling 2 times and sending an email via their website. Yes, the salad was only $9 but it was a small salad with only lettuce, tomato, chicken and cucumber. I’ve had better from Wendys that was half the price. I find it SO RUDE that the company will not even call me back or respond to my emails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Terrible first impression. Customer service was poor. Not helpful or friendly. Over priced average food with minimal chips. The chips were the best part. Overall experience; disappointing….didn’t be what I expected at all.
Not Quite. The smoothies are alright (planet smoothie is like 500 feet away and I think theirs are better). I had the buffalo chicken wrap, and it was not good. Tasted like they bought frozen spicy chicken patties from the store, and wrapped it in a tortilla. You will be happier with the Wendys chicken sandwhich… I want to like this place, but I expect better food for my money…
