The customer service was terrible. We had called ahead for dine – in, as we only get 30 mins for lunch. (We asked if it was okay, some places don’t allow it and that’s fine. They said it would be no problem) When we arrived the woman helped the guys that came in after us. We had asked for the sub and pizza well done – while the pizza was good, it was not well done and the sub was toasted but cold. I was charged for cheese on the buffalo chips and they were plain (but delicious!) when I asked if she could take the charge off of the receipt she argued with me – asked if I had wanted cheese or not. They were half gone when we got the check, so it didn’t matter. She kept asking if I had ordered it or not – when I told her it stated it came with cheese, so I didn’t specify when I ordered. She rolled her eyes and walked away. We had asked for checks to be separated and when she brought one single bill, I just decided to pay and move along. We were already 10 minutes late and only had a chance to eat half of our meal. I had only heard good things before this visit – so maybe it was just an off day. But man… What an off day!
Excellent pizza, friendly staff!. I am from Columbus, and I have been past this place many times, but had never been in. I visited last night with my boyfriend for the first time last night, and the pizza was excellent! Their crust is done just right, the toppings had a perfect consistency, and the pizza was full of zest and flavor! Service was a little slow, but when the food is this good, it’s worth the wait! If you’re ever in the area, and you’re looking for good pizza, this is your place.

The pizza is ok. The subs, and pasta is great! And a great value! Yummy!
