Not satisfied. When I called the order in, I only listed 1 of the items I wanted, and then they said thank you and hung up on me, didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, didn’t even ask my name. I got the Pad Tiah with shrimp, it was terrible. I love pad tiah, and though I’m no expert, but I know how pad tiah is supposed to be made, and that sir was not proper pad tiah. They used the wrong noodles, and it threw off the taste of the entire dish. They also didn’t crush the peanuts (not a big deal though), and the portion size certainly wasn’t worth the price. Very disappointed.
I ordered takeout here tonight of general tso’s tofu, fried rice, and a veggie egg roll. The texture of the tofu could have been better but MAN was the flavor of everything literally spot on. I have never had better general tso’s sauce and I didn’t put a drop of soy sauce on my fried rice which almost never happens. This would be my favorite takeout place hands down if they learned how to make tofu crispy on the outside without breaking that just falls off… but let’s face it, they don’t cater to vegetarians, it’s probably not their specialty. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Excellent food. One of the few places I have been that knows how to do General Tso’s chicken correctly. I have never had a bad meal here and have been going since it opened.
Quality of food !!! The bomb !!. I get wor su gai & fried rice. AMAZING !!!
Best Chinese in CBus. Plenty of meat and veg. Dine in has the ambiance of the a bus station but you’re there for the food. If you’re doing take out, ask for a container of their homemade Chinese mustard (the yellow paste in the packets is execrable). I drive past at least a dozen Chinese places to eat here. Note: they no longer have sushi.
Pad Thai is fantastic!
I Better Not Have Food Poisoning…. Truth be told, I wasn’t expecting miracles when my mom and I walked in. Decor is lack luster and the food (I had the Cafe China Lo Mein) was tasteless. The shrimp in my dish was gamy, the chicken was slimy and the noodles far over cooked. I was disheartened to find that they no longer make and serve sushi even though various rolls and prices are listed on the back of the menu along with posters of sushi over the sushi bar. I won’t be coming back here any time soon.
