30 dollars for a new York strip that was only choice grade. Overbooked. Salad had way too much dressing. Scallops very uneatable.

Excellent Roadside Stop. Really enjoyed this as a solo, female business traveler. I got a decent table (not stuck in the back or hidden) and my waitress was VERY friendly. She suggested a great local beer (Great Lake’s Dortmunder Golden Lager) and I started with a delicious bowl of their Seafood Chowder. The honey/marashino cherry butter that’s served with fresh baked bread is sweet, but not overwhelming. The salad was pretty sad, with REALLY thick and heavy dressing and only a few sad looking veggies. The NY strips was nice, but needed some seasoning, but cooked to a perfect medium. The baked sweet potato? Awesome with the brown sugar butter they serve along side. If I lived here – I’d definitely make the Angry Bull a frequent stop.
Not worth your time. Not a very good place. Knew we were in trouble when instant iced tea was served in an establishment as expensive as this place. Salads arrived after the entrees. Very mediocre and over priced.
