TERRIBLE MEAL TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have recommended this place in the past and meet regularly with my professionals contacts. NOT ANY MORE afterThursday morning, May 30th. I walked in and took a seat awaiting my friend. I wanted to order coffee until he arrived….no one paid any attention to my table, but the waitress sure did when the table next to me arrived after me with her friends and she laughed and hugged them and took care of them while I just sat there. Finally another waitress approached me, got me coffee and then noticed no one gave me a menu. She asked the boob waitress who was handling the next table to get me a menu and she flipped the menu on the table at me. I didn’t say a word. Breakfast took too long once ordered and was barely warm. My toast was dry like it was sitting there forever. When I went to pay for my bill, the elderly lady cashier was unfriendly, never asked me how my meal was…never said thank you and abruptly put my money in my hand and walked away like she didn’t give a damn. I never said anything…..and I WILL NOT COME BACK AND TELL My FRIENDS THE SAME THING. There are other places to eat who appreciate their customers. Since the city of Euclid has a terrible reputation and the neighborhood continues to go down hill, there are not too many places to go for breakfast outside of Euclid probably the only reason they are still in business. What a shame I grew up in the City and it used to be an amazing suburb. With businesses and employees like Gus’s it will go too.

Awesome service. Prices are cheap and they give you huge portions.
Amazing neighborhood spot, great prices. Their breakfasts are to die for, especially the belly buster. Friendly, nice staff as well. Love it!
Go Here ASAP!. The food was outstanding! I could have never been more full after I had the Gus’s Burger! The prices are great for what you get and the service is quick and friendly! This now on my top 10 places to eat in Cleveland!
Had Gus one day for brunch and loved it. I ordered the crazy ten and it filled me up. The seats are a tad bit uncomfortable but I would def go back.
