I am being nice at rating Kim’s at a 2 out of 5.Kim should remove her name from the business, unless that is the best they can do.Both service and the food are really BAD( I do not mean great).There are a lot of better places, with the same sort of menus, between E.222ndand E. 152nd(MUCH, MUCH BETTER, between E.152nd and E. 185th).
MONEY BACK PLEASE!!. The food off of Lakeshore,,was HORRIBLE!! This was my FIRST, and LAST time!!! How the heck,,you serve boiled ribs,,,wtf,,,,the Mac & cheese had so much damn cheese,,,I forgot, I was suppose to be eating pasta also. Not to mention, the attitude, from the hired help. Just call it a day Kim,,and shut down!! Leave it to Open Pit.

Loved My Dinner. Just finished our dinner of wings, rib tips and yams. I loved the batter dipped wings and I’ll definitely be getting the yams again. The sauce was great – even dipped my fries in it. The coleslaw was awesome. The rib tips were a little tough but very tasty! They were very busy which caused a short wait, but our order was spot on!
It’s Cleveland. I left Cleveland and been gone for years, when I came back Kim’s was one of the top dining places I missed. Waited for what seems like forever even though I called ahead. The service is pure Cleveland and the food wasn’t how I remember it but still good.
Customer service terrible and don’t ever call they will put you on hold and never come back I remember Kim’s when it was. Just a hood place on at lair and now their too good to be nice to the people who helped get them where they are
AMAZING WINGS. Perfect wings. I just ordered another wing dinner! 5 Stars!!
