Avoid At All Costs. I usually love to go to Paradise Island for drinks and thier good food. Until I met the bartender from hell. I get to my seat and patiently wait for twenty minutes just for some acknowledge or even eye contact from any waitresses. On my 21st minutes another customer comes right in and the bartender asks what would he like to drink…Serve this guy. I had to get out of my seat to get her attention. She didnt like that. Its too much to continue but by the end of my experience I wondered if i should call the police on her. NEVER AGAIN!
Love the food!. Ordered food to go; portions were generous, food was delicious, and most impressive, we were told that our order would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes & it was! Our mixed slush drinks were made after we got there so they weren’t melted by the time we arrived home. I will definitely patronize frequently!
The food is excellent and the service is extraordinary
AVOID. The service was awful. The waitress was too busy talking to her friends and drinking on the job to wait on us. The appetizer we ordered took over 30 minutes and was cold. I refused to leave a tip because the service was so bad and they added it to my credit card anyway. DON’T GO TO THAT PLACE!
The best meal I have eaten in a long time, soups and dressings are home made. The pork tenderloin melts in your mouth and the ricotta was perfect!
I absolutely love this place! The food, service and atmosphere are awesome! The manager was there and came by our table to introduce herself, thank us for coming and make sure everything was good. We are bringing our friends here for sure.
Disappointing. I was served flat beer in a plastic mug, the fries were inedible and the coleslaw had too much mayo. Wings and ribs were okay. Don’t waste your time; this place will put you in a bad mood because they can’t get the simplest things right. There are better places to get basic bar food in Euclid, including Panini’s, Muldoon’s, and Pacers.
