Under new management and quality took a dive. The Daniel’s Donuts that use to be a great place to get a high quality donut was bought out by another donut shop and the quality has taken a nose dive. Sorry, but the size and content (jelly, cream, etc.) of the the donuts is significantly less and to be honest, the taste isn’t that great either. It appears the donuts are now made off-site (perhaps at one of the other three or four locations that the new owner operates) and the last time (and I truly mean the last time) I had their donuts, they tasted like day old donuts. I hate to see this happen…but in my opinion Daniel’s Donuts is no longer a good, hometown donut shop…it is just another crappy place to get a poor quality donut. Too bad.
