Horrible. They food is the best thing they have but with this being said the food is not good at all . Their service is extremely rude . Every time we call for delivery we get a rude employee . One time we called to ask for the manager because it took 2 and a half hours for our food the employee that answered the phone told me no! They cut of the lunch specials early it has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from I would not suggest flying dragon to anyone !
Flying Dragon has been my go-to Chinese take-out for years. I make the drive from Springfield to Fairborn any time I want Chinese. I’m usually always satisfied, but this trip left me disappointed. I ordered General Tso’s Chicken (like I have every time for six years) and I was shocked to see the bottom of my contained was filled with broccoli. I like broccoli, but it has never come in my General Tso’s before. There were equal amounts of broccoli and chicken, so I feel kind of cheated. Did they hide broccoli under the chicken to cut costs? My container was also filled with SO much sauce it was almost soupy. I like a lot of sauce, but this was way too much. Anyway, this has been the only negative experience I’ve had in the long time I’ve been a customer. Hope it’s better next time!
They have the best crab rangoons I have ever had.
Ordering is a nightmare. You cannot place an order from these people. They transferred me three times between four people and I finally gave up and hung up. They did not want to deliver my food.
Good food every time.. Have always had good luck with Flying Dragon. Food is good and hot when delivered. Seems to take quite a bit of time to deliver on base but that is most likely not their fault.
Very bad. Chinese food is about as perfect an ethnic food you can find on planet Earth. However, when its bad, its worst than cold McDonald’s french fries!I ordered two entrees from FD. It was not good at all. I ordered a standard chinese chicken dish. While eating it I found small pieces of pork in it. Well, this chicken dish shouldn’t have pork. Not to mention, did I say it tasted horrible. It tasted like they started with one entree and didn’t want to waste so they added some other stuff to pan it off as another entree. Buyer beware.
Better than Dragon City. The food is always fresh when it’s delivered. Nothing to write home about though.
