THEY TEXT YOU IF YOU GIVE YOUR #. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!After several times ordering delivery from the Fairborn JY Bamboo we finally decided not only to never order there again, but to make sure that this review is posted everywhere.EVERY time you order delivery from them it will be at least a half hour later than what they tell you, if not a full hour later. So that generally means waiting about 2+ hours for food that is literally 5 minutes down the road.(We don’t just drive there because we work in the hospital and we’re not allowed to leave for lunch.)***This last time my coworker ordered online and gave her cell #, but since the food was an hour late she didn’t tip. SHE GOT A TEXT ASKING WHY NO TIP.***Oh, and god help you if you call to see if your food is on the way, because they are so snippy and hang up in your face.I called them literally 2 minutes after they opened one day, and then called back when my food was a half hour past the time they said it would arrive. First, they told me it was on the way. When I called back about 25 min later, the guy yelled at me saying that I had only put in the order an hour ago so I needed to be patient, when in reality I had ordered it 2 hours ago and they had apparently just failed to put it in the computer.I almost never write reviews on anything unless the service is absolutely outstanding, or absolutely horrible. Guess which one this is.
This place is awesome!! I eat here with my wife every month during our drill weekend and we love it. We live in Columbus, and this is by far the best sushi for the price we can find!! Great food, presentation, service, and price!!

Best chinese & Japanese food in Fairborn. The food, service and price is the best! We especially love their special Bendo Box. Also their sushi taste great! My wife and I had ordered several different sushi and found all of them are pretty good. Recently, I brought my friends to there and they all love this place. We will come by more often.
Great sushi, not so great Thai. I’ve eaten in and gotten delivery a few times. I love Thai food and sushi, so it seemed like a sweet deal at first; however, their Pad Thai tastes nothing like what Pad Thai, to me, should taste like. (For great Pad Thai, go to Iyara in HH or House of Thai in Beavercreek!) One of the times I ordered delivery it took forever and the food ended up tasting horrific because of that (at least I hope that’s why.) Even the poor sushi! But on the two other occasions I had delivery, everything was fine, the sushi was fantastic. Definitely worth eating here for the sushi at least, just be wary when you have it delivered.
The staff here is awesome. Joanna does a great job with running this place. The portions are huge. My wife and I love the sushi. The sushi specials are always changing and we love it.
