Staff is welcoming and is happy to explain all different foods from plantains to yuca to empanadas and other foods. Food is fresh and authentic. It is like you are out of the countys in a smallVillage being entertained by a family when you are actually in Fairview Park… if you love food. Go there. Inexpensive and plenty of food!
El Arepazo Y Pupuseria has some great Colombian and Salvadorean options! The food is absolutely amazing. I was introduced to arepas in Dayton, OH, and I would say this restaurant is even better. I have celiac sprue, and have eaten here three times now, without any symptoms at all. I’m thrilled to have such safe and delicious options so close to home! The arepas are crisp, the chorizo has just the right amount of spiciness, the corn nuegados are yummy, and the maduros with sour cream are heavenly.
Moved up here from Miami and psyched to find this place. Great arepas, fantastic maduros (soft sweet plantains), friendly fast service, and an inpeccably clean and pleasant dining room. Great spot for lunch or dinner.
If you are looking for something different, this is the place. Colombian and salvadoran food at a great price. Very friendly staff. Will be back!
Great service. Clean restaurant. Awesome Columbian and El Salvadorian food with very good prices. Best arepas and pupusas in cleveland. My girlfriend asked if they served fried plantains although it was not on the menu. The server said they would make it for her. And to our surprise, he also brought out their dessert candied plantains for her to try at no charge.
