A disappointment. When they first came to town a few years back they were exceptional but their food quality has gone down quite a bit. The fries and cheese curds tasted like the oil needed changed, they always forget toppings on any sandwich I get, and the burgers are either underdone or burned. The staff used to be so welcoming and friendly and now it’s like we are bothering them. The wait times are longer and longer every time we go. We know what good Culvers tastes like and we are dissapointed at each visit. We spent 20 bucks our last visit for a burned dried out burger, a pot roast sandwich that wasnt drained with a soggy bun that also didnt have the cheese I wanted and greasy fries. It’s too bad they let things get so bad. We won’t be going back.
