Great little coffee shop where the good ole boys get together to talk about the weather and politics. Good coffee and pastries. It isnt much to look at but this place gives you a classic Findlay feel. Try it out!
Really stinking good! We stopped in one afternoon for a post-lunch snack and we really loved the number of donut choices available, the incredibly reasonable prices, and the freshness of the coffee. Sooo much better than the chain choice up the road. But true to every local donut shop I’ve ever known, they close earlier than you might expect, so check their hours. *Also it can be easy to miss since it sits back off the road.
I dont know where to begin. Its so much more that the small town local Doughnut place. I need to start with the people. OUTSTANDING. Brook, Julie and the regular staff start with a smile and welcoming you by name. Then you cant sidestep the obvious, the doughnuts. WOW. Fresh, classics mixed with the new. Seasonal flavors, the perfect crme in the filled sticks, cinnamon rolls, fritters, Maple BACON fritters (occasionally), muffins, pczki, and much more. Finally, what goes best with a doughnut? COFFEE. Well brother have you come to the right place. Brook excels in the realm of roasting. Tons of fresh green coffee beans go thru his machines. Some of these beans have been hand selected from fair trade villages. Love the Black Cadillac and where else in Hancock County can you get the rare Kopi bean? I am sure I have missed something but go in and sit down and let them serve you. Save me a seat and a fritter.
Fort Findlay has the best frosted cherry fritters on the planet!
