Great Fro-yo, Poor customer service. The fro-yo is always wonderful. However, I went to Iggy’s three weeks ago and while paying, the computer crashed. The girl at the counter said that the computer did not run my card before it crashed, so we had to sit and wait for the computer to re-boot. While we waited, we were told that we could not eat any of our fro-yo so they could be sure to charge us the whole amount based on the wait. The whole process took about 10 minutes before they ran my card again. By the time we were allowed to eat again, the fro-yo was obviously half way melted. Once I got home and checked by bank account, I found that my card was in fact charged two times. I was promised a call from the owners, but it never happened. I have called back and stopped in.. but I still haven’t actually spoken to the owners. The girls who work the counter keep promising me that I will get a credit back to my card. We are now three weeks out and I have not received a call from the owners or a credit for the double charge. So not only did I pay TWICE for my fro-yo.. I paid twice for melted fro-yo. 🙁 Great product.. Poor service.
I love Iggys. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. All of my experiences have been great. The first time I went to Iggy’s, the girl let me sample many flavors and brought some fresh toppings out from the back. Another time it was after ten pm so they were closed and they still let me come in. Iggy’s is great!
The overall product is good. However 95% of the time we’ve been in there, the customer service has been terrible. Most of the employees are rude and have frequently been closing the store significantly early. Tough to stay in business like that.
Horrible service. Bad location.
Great place to enjoy a cold dessert. I highly recommend stopping in if you are anywhere near Findlay, Ohio. I tried 5 different flavors my first time there and all were great.
