Found Japan in Findlay, Ohio!. While attending a function at Findlay University, we were fortunate to fiind this outstanding restaurant. We were immediately welcomed by the staff, and care was taken to ensure we received the exact items we wanted. I am a vegetarian, and the server was more careful to alert me to ingredients and suggest alternatives than in any restaurant I can recall. The food was terrific . . . so good that we returned the following day prior to our departure from Findlay. The ambience was exceptional, including clean and nicely decorated restrooms. The prices were very reasonable, service excellent, and food was memorable. Highly recommended!! My only regret is that I live 3 hours from Findlay and can’t go to Japan West every week.
Best sushi in town, bar none. In fact, probably the best in northwest Ohio. The sushi is the freshest and most consistent, which results in the best flavor. Order from the menu for traditional Japanese fare, also outstanding. You will not be disappointed.
